What YMRC Does For Planners

YMRC’s mission is to be a valuable resource for those who run, manage, host, and serve Military Reunions. We do so by providing information, training, contacts and personal networking opportunities. YMRC invites military reunion planners to prospective destinations for workshops, marketplace appointments, and FAM (familiarization) tours of the host city to showcase why they would want to bring their reunion to their city.

As the innovators of the face-to-face pre-scheduled marketplace appointments, YMRC encourage exhibitors and planners to engage during the YMRC event.

YMRC will orchestrate with the host hotels in preparing for the familiarization tour to literally convey & motivate the planners to consider their respective destination as a viable location for their next Military Reunion.

YMRC will advertise to attract more Military Veterans to find your organization when you sign up as a member of YMRC.

YMRC request that all Military Reunion Planners join for free allowing us to promote your association with advertising on our website for free.
Planners that attend our national YMRC events are treated as royalty for a three day event. This will include three nights lodging, all meals, workshop materials, marketplace appointments, entertainment, attractions, and transportation during the event.
YMRC eliminates the cost of traveling across the USA when deciding on the next destination.
YMRC will deliver the USA destinations to the planners to recognize there are a plethora of destinations prepared to vie for your group business.
YMRC prepares group discussions among the seasoned and brand new volunteer planners in hopes to avoid or eliminate the tribulations that may arise in the preparations of the reunions.
