328th RADIO RESEARCH GROUP REUNION

Just a reminder, if you are planning on attending the 328th Radio Research Gettysburg Reunion in Carlisle PA September 8, 9,10 and 11, 2011 to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible so that you can be guaranteed the GREAT group rate and FREE breakfast and discount coupons.
Here is the information on the Comfort Suites Carlisle: the hotel is completely 100% smoke free and we were able to negotiate with this upscale downtown Carlisle hotel for the room rate of $79.00+ taxes for either a king-bed or double-bed rooms; ADA rooms are also available at this price. This negotiated rate also includes a free breakfast and a 10% discount coupon that can be used at the hotel’s restaurant, The Gas Light Grille. However, to get this excellent room rate, reservations MUST be made directly with the hotel at 717-960-1000 and referencing the 328th Radio Research Reunion. We have a block of rooms set up with the hotel specifically for our group, and by not calling the hotel directly referencing the 328th Radio Research Reunion, we could lose this block of rooms as the rooms would not count towards the total number of rooms blocked for our group. Also the reunion attendee would lose the discount coupons and the great rate that we have negotiated for with this hotel.
